We cannot offer refunds or exchanges therefore we ask that you please be sure of your size and colour! If you have questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

**Due to current school policy, the school does not have sizing samples available. However, we do have samples available at our Store if you wish to visit our location to view.**

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:

At Checkout, you will see 2 options:

1. Delivery or Ship to My Address
2. I'll Pick Up Myself

1. For Local Delivery to the School or Flat Fee Shipping to your Home :

Select "Delivery or Ship to my Address". Once you select that option, you will be able to select Local Delivery to the School or the Flat Fee Shipping option to your address.

Your order will only be shipped to your home address if you select and pay the shipping fee.

For Delivery to the School, please enter BOTH the STUDENT'S NAME AND TEACHER'S NAME under FULL NAME section in the Delivery Page . The PURCHASER'S NAME to be entered in the Billing Page afterwards.

2. For Pick Up at West End Sports :

Select "I'll Pick Up Myself"

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your order will remain "awaiting process" status until it is ready.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email stating that it is either ready for your pick up at our location or it has been shipped to the School or your home per your instructions.
