PLEASE NOTE:

All orders from our on line store are CUSTOM just for you!

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges therefore we ask that you please be sure of your size and colour! If you have questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

** We have samples available at our Store if you wish to visit our location to view for sizing. **

Orders will be compiled by the 15th each calendar month and ready by the end of the same month.
Orders placed between the 16th and the end of the month will be ready by the 15th of the following month.

Local Delivery is to the Rink Office.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:

At Checkout, you will see 2 options:

1. Delivery
2. I'll Pick Up Myself

1. Local Delivery is to the Rink (league office):
Select Deliver to Address

2. For Pick Up at West End Sports:

Select "I'll Pick it Up Myself"

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your order will remain "awaiting process" status until it is ready.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email stating that it is either ready for your pick up at our location or it has been shipped to the Rink Office.
